Initial Consultation

Primary meeting with the customer (up to1 hr.)

No Charge

Corporate Rate

Business computer issues, including but not limited to: Windows NT, Windows 2000, XP professional, SQL Server 7.0 and 2000; MS Office; LAN connectivity issues, and server component issues (e.g., SCSI controllers, Domain Name Servers).

$49/hr.

Development Rate

Software development projects including Web design with FrontPage and Macromedia, Crystal Reports design, database interfacing, and MS—DOS/VB batch jobs.    

$99/hr.

Outsourcing

Outsourcing projects beyond the scope of my services, such as GUI development using VB or Java, or issues that require third-party assistance from vendors such as Microsoft.

$49/hr for correspondance with third party + cost of third party services.
